Schreiber is an American actor, director, screenwriter, producer and philanthropist globally known for his dozens of roles in film, television and theater, including X-men Origins-Wolverine and the popular movie and Showtime series “Ray Donovan.”
His smooth, multi-award-winning Irish whiskey aged in American bourbon oak barrels and finished in sherry casks, creates the perfectly balanced partnership and is now available across the Princess fleet. Sláinte is more than just a drink, it is an embodiment of Irish heritage and a labor of love.

Spank Mint
Named after the Irish County of Sláinte Irish Whiskey's origin, this Moscow Mule riff is light, refreshing, and just a wee bit spicy.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Sláinte Irish Whiskey
- 3/4 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 3 oz. Gosling's Ginger Beer
- 6 Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
Clap the mint. Fill tall highball glass with ice. Add whiskey and lime juice to glass and stir. Top off with Ginger Beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint leaf.
Notes
Clapping mint is a technique used to release the essential oils and flavor of mint leaves before adding them to drinks. You can gently smack the mint leaves in one hand with the other, or use a muddler or spoon to gently press against the mint leaves.
